Taking the Day Off

[Sapphire] *hops in her car after another night of arguing with Lennon and heads to work. stopping to get her breakfast and coffee before getting to the shop. sitting in the back eating waiting for Jocelyn to get there*

[Jocelyn] *still shaking when she parks, she takes a minute to compose herself then walks in the boutique with her coffee, she had lost her appetite after her conversation with Felix. she goes to the back finding Sapphire* Hey.

[Sapphire] Hey *nibbles her pastry not looking up lost in her own thoughts*

[Jocelyn] *sits down and sips her coffee, staring at the wall* Sorry it took so long for me to get here.

[Sapphire] No problem. I figured you had something that needed to be done. I clocked you in Kurt won't care. *sips her coffee and looks up at her* Have you been crying?

[Jocelyn] *shrugs* Yeah, some. *sighs*

[Sapphire] What's wrong sweetie? I know my love life is in shambles but maybe I can help.

[Jocelyn] Felix is an asshole. I was calling to break up with him, I've called him for 4 days and left message after message and nothing. Well, I decided to go by his place before work and caught him fucking some chick, not like I care. That's not the point. He's been doing it the whole time we've been dating. I...the rest is just a bunch of shit. *thankful she was wearing a half sleeved shirt today, knowing she would have bruises on her arm*

[Sapphire] Oh sweetie I'm sorry. I knew something wasn't right about that dick. You wanna take the day off I can take care of the shop on my own.

[Jocelyn] I don't know. I'm just so...you know frazzled about the whole thing. *if she only knew the rest* Maybe I'll take a few hours and then come back if I get myself together. I'm not sure I would be much help today.

[Sapphire] Go home Jagger's home but he won't bother you. *smirks* Unless you want him to.

[Jocelyn] *looks at her and shrugs* I'll probably just stay in my room or workout to get my anger out. *laughs and stands up, giving her a hug* Thanks, Sapphire.

[Sapphire] You're welcome babe it's what friends are for you know.

[Jocelyn] Never had many of those, not ones that I could count on anyway. *smiles and grabs her purse* I'll probably just see you at home tonight. *tells her bye and heads home*
